4. Layers Sandwich Co.

Who doesn’t love a good sandwich? Layers Sandwich Co. serves up elevated sandwiches with delicious flavor combinations. If you’re a meat lover, try the Precocious Piggy, made with slow roasted pork belly, pepper jelly, chicories, pickled onion, and aioli, served on toasted brioche. Vegetarians will appreciate the I’d Date A Jalapeño, filled with cheddar cheese, Deglet Noor dates, fresh jalapenos, and served on sourdough bread. Technically, Midnite Ramen is a “food cart”. The Japanese ramen here is seriously good. Specials include 50’s Classic Shoyu and Wontonmen.
