Where to Spend New Years Eve 2023 in Seattle

In twelve days, it will be New Year’s Eve. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably already reflecting on the best and worst parts of 2022, coming up with New Year’s resolutions, and wondering how to spend New Year’s Eve 2023. If you’re still stumped on that last one, you’re in luck, because I’ve found several Seattle events that are sure to be a perfect way to ring in the New Year.

  1. New Year’s at the Space Needle

    T-Mobile is hosting New Year’s at the Needle to ring in 2023. Watch the countdown in person and see a grand firework display at midnight. It’s promised to be “the biggest and brightest show ever”.

  2. New Year’s Eve Late Night Cruise

    Ring in the New Year on a 2-hour boat ride and enjoy a live DJ, dancing, and a full-service bar. Take in the views of the Seattle city skyline and the fireworks over the Space Needle.

  3. Dimelo – A Latin New Year’s Eve Experience

    If you’re looking for a Latin NYE experience, head on over to the Crocodile between 9PM and 2AM for drinks, dancing, and fun.

    Cost: $30 per person


  4. Moulin Rouge! New Year’s Eve Sing-along

    If you love Moulin Rouge, this event is for you. Sing in the New Year by belting out tunes from the hit musical while watching a Moulin-inspired music video countdown. You’ll even receive a free bling ring for attending.

    Where: SIFF Cinema Uptown, 511 Queen Anne Ave N
    Cost: $13-$14 per person


  5. SHINE New Year’s Eve 2023

    Love to dance? Head over to the 7th annual SHINE New Year’s Eve party and enjoy not one but three rooms of dancing and a champagne toast at midnight to ring in the New Year.

  6. Nite Wave 80’s Prom NYE Party

    80’s baby? Dance the night away dressed in 80’s formal attire while listening to Nite Wave and DJ Indica play throwback music from Duran Duran, INXS, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Cure, New Order, Prince, Depeche Mode, and more!

  7. New Year’s Eve Concert, Countdown & Party

    Perhaps the fanciest way to spend NYE in all of Seattle, head over to Benaroya Hall and close out the year by listening to Beethoven’s monumental Ninth Symphony along with his uplifting masterpiece “Ode to Joy”. Following the concert, sip champagne and dance the night away in the Samuel & Althea Stroum Grand Lobby.
